Terri Jackson, LICSW
Therapist/ Owner
She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, currently licensed in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina for telehealth only. She has over 15 years working in the Mental Health Field. She is an Army Veteran where she served as a Behavioral Health Specialist. She has worked with at risk youth, substance abuse, mental health, couples, children and adults for many different things as well as having worked with GA and TN National Guard Soldiers.
Her Passion is working with Women who have a life full of stuff they haven't had the chance to deal with as well as Veterans who are facing these civilian world struggles.
She received her Masters Degree from The University of Tennessee in Social Work and a Certificate in Trauma Treatment and her Bachelors Degree from Jacksonville State University in Social Work.
Terri will work alongside you, utilizing your strengths to help you through life's struggles.
She is a Wife, Mom, and Mimi to her beautiful Grandbabies!
Alfred Jackson, MS
Life Coach/Owner
Alfred Jackson is a Life Coach and Health and Wellness Coach. He holds a Masters degree in Science, Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, both from Jacksonville State University. He has an Associates degree in Health and Physical Education and a Certificate in Therapeutic Massage both from Gadsden State Community College.
He is an Army Veteran where he was a Combat Medic/Health Care Specialist. He has worked within the medical field for 15+ years including working with individuals that have mental illness's, developmentally delayed individuals, adolescents dealing with substance abuse, at risk youth, and the assisted living population.
His approach to life, and those around him, is holistic in nature. He thrives in research where he can then apply that knowledge gained to help his clients achieve their goals.
He plans to apply a 'whole picture' approach and work alongside with you, to help you gain a more healthy lifestyle.
